What Is Your Real Estate Career Building Towards?
I just asked a question on my Facebook page today ( www.facebook.com/chriswardbic ) about if you have a “next step” in your career that you are striving towards. It was interesting to see a lot of people “like” the post, but not engage with an answer to it. I think honestly, most people are good with living status quo. Some people, including Realtors, are ok with how things are going. They are content – or maybe complacent – with the current status of their career. I would guess there are many people that you and I would define as successful that really aren’t moving forward in their career. Or possibly don’t have a next step they can think of, or maybe even want.
But then there are those like the message i got from that post. Ready to interview and talk about what is next in their career in real estate. Even if it’s not with our company at Eagle Realty, but rather just insight into what is the best direction to take their real estate career to the next level, I am ready for that conversation. I welcome it. I want to talk to those real estate professionals. I want the opportunity to meet with those looking for more. And #more doesn’t have to be the same thing for each person. There are lots of way to define your next level of success and that may look different for each person. I want to help not only define that for each person, but better yet help strategize the best way to execute and make it a reality.
