Christmas day has come and gone and now we are 24 hours removed from our Christmas day off. But, really, most of us have to endure a week or 2 of vacation and holiday transition to the new year, #2019. Our kids are out of school or we are traveling to family get togethers, or we just want to relax for a few days at the end of the year where we have the opportunity to not have a lot of work pressure on us. But, there is still plenty to do…and work on in the last days of #2018. Sometimes we get kinda lost of what we should be doing in these waning days of the year. Let me try and help you as a real estate professional of what you should be doing.
- Review – look at your whole year. Your sales, your goals, your resources, and your level of happiness with how your year progressed in real estate. If there are any places where you feel you should or could have done better, talk to someone about it and come up with a plan to fix it. Don’t just let it be, do something about it. If you need an ear to talk to i would love to help!
- Plan – create your 2019 real estate strategy. Strategy and goals for sales, content, marketing, networking, everything. Have it in a place where it visible and accessible 24/7.
- Create – create daily routines for your real estate business. Habits and processes that you stick to create success in the long term.
- Re-charge – Take a day and get yourself rested and prepared mentally. Be ready and then start. Don’t put it off, and don’t start when tired. Take 24 hours to re-charge however you see fit.
